Shipping Policy
Shipping Methods
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Orders processed through USPS ship Monday through Saturday; UPS ships Monday through Friday. We do not currently ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
All shipping timelines refer to business days (Monday–Friday).
Order Processing
We work hard to ship every order as quickly as possible.
Typical processing time is 24–48 hours before shipment, depending on product type and order size.
Orders placed after 3 PM MST on Friday will ship the following Monday (or next business day if Monday is a holiday). Orders placed over the weekend will process the next available business day.
Please note that processing times do not include carrier transit times. During high-volume periods — such as sales events or holidays — shipping schedules may vary slightly.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
USPS Priority Mail generally delivers within 2–4 business days after shipping. However, USPS delivery times are not guaranteed.
Tracking updates may take several days to appear in the USPS system. It’s common for tracking to update only once your package reaches a local USPS facility or distribution center.
While USPS and UPS provide reliable service, delivery delays and routing errors can occasionally occur. Fresh Pressed Labs is not responsible for delays or errors caused by the shipping carrier.

Once an order leaves our facility, Fresh Pressed Labs cannot control or guarantee the exact delivery timeline.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on carrier, weight, and destination.
If you receive the message “No shipping rates available for your area,” this means that we currently do not ship to your region.

Back Orders
Most ship within 5 business days; if additional time is needed, we’ll notify you with updated shipping information or offer a suitable replacement option.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with the wrong flavor or product:

Take clear photos of the issue immediately upon receiving your package.

Email the photos and a brief description of the problem to admin@freshpressedlabs.com.
We’ll review and respond promptly to resolve the issue.
Additional Information
Once your order has shipped, ownership and responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier (USPS or UPS).
Fresh Pressed Labs is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, customs holds, or other carrier-related factors outside our control.
