Refund Policy

30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition you received them: unopened, unused, with all tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label (when applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., foods, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., certain beauty/ingestible items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before initiating a return.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
