We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. To start a return, simply email us at admin@freshpressedlabs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.

Yes. For safety and compliance reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned and are considered final sale. Clearance, promotional, and sample items are also final sale.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday). Shipping times vary by location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
